Loch Lomond Distillery

Glasford Decorators won the contract to refurbish the new vat room for Loch Lomond Distillery. With assurances that the contract would be complete on time (15 days) and as per our method statement. All the stipulations were met - resulting in further contracts with the distillery.

The Project - Preparation & Painting of :

  • 4 Vats at volume 44,000 litres
  • 2 Vats at volume 122,745 litres
  • 4 Vats at volume 72,576 litres
  • 1 Vat at volume 142,900 litres
  • 180 metres of handrails
  • 90 Square meteres of open cast steel flooring & supports
  • All the steelwork (H Beams) supporting the vats
